When they founded the business in 2011, they began with the dream of designing accessories that would bring joy to your every day. They had just one problem: what brand name could possibly encompass all that they hoped to accomplish?
After plenty of brainstorming, they landed on calling the pieces "baubles" - defined as trinkets, decorations, or accessories - as it aptly captured the whimsical perspective (and made us smile every time they said it). They weren't done yet, though. How would they describe the range of products brand would offer?
The solution was a place, rather than a noun. "Bar" (they won't define that one for you) captured the variety, choice, and fun that they wanted to bring the community.
